BEBE WANDERLUST

weekending in boulder, co

Last month Ryan, Bryn, and I hopped on a flight to Colorado to visit friends who have become family over the years. We spent the weekend in Boulder, an adorable bubble that we even considered moving to for half a second. It is so beautiful and clean, the air feels extra fresh (maybe it's just the altitude), but the people are super friendly and it just has this relaxed vibe that makes you feel so ...

bryn on cherry street

Bryn and I made a trip to the east coast in April to visit our Massachusetts friends and fam. Of course we stayed at my mom's house, the same house I grew up in. The same house my mom grew up in actually! Our family has lived on Cherry Street for almost 60 years! It's changed so much over time, though. anza borrego superbloom

Last weekend we decided to take a little road trip out to Anza Borrego Desert State Park to go wildflower hunting. It was a 2 hour drive each way, but totally worth it. double bluff beach

This was not our first time to Double Bluff Beach, but it felt different having the place all to ourselves... It was just after the holiday, and everyone was back to work. The sun was about to go down and the water was calm. Ryan and I stopped here the day before we flew home. Such a peaceful way to end our trip. In case you missed anything, here are more photos from Whidbey Island, Washington ...

washington coast

When Ryan and I visit Washington, we love just driving around Whidbey Island, especially the coast, taking in the scenery with our cameras. Here are just a few shots from our most recent trip over Thanksgiving. There are deer EVERYWHERE! Sweet moment between B and Grandpa :) Our last stop before the airport was Ivar's in Seattle - clam chowder is a no brainer here. Until next time ...

coupeville

Coupeville, Washington is a small touristy area on Whidbey Island known for their cute cafes, shops, and waterfront views. My favorite spot is this bakery (shown below) called Knead & Feed - super cozy, great coffee, feels like home. The details remind me of Cape Cod and Martha's Vineyard on the east coast. Guilty. I had these cinnamon buns for breakfast on more than one occasion. And I ...
