As wedding gifts continue to pour in, I think we must have an entire Crate and Barrel store in our little apartment by now.
I’m not complaining, but it would be nice to have a place for everything. Even if we could just expand the kitchen a tiny bit, that would make a huge difference. Ryan and I have been on a cooking kick lately with all these new gadgets, but the minimal storage and counter space doesn’t leave much room for creativity. It’s doable but not very pretty.
Hopefully (sooner than later) we’ll move into a place with a bright and airy kitchen, somehing like the pics above. I love the idea of open shelves above the sink. And windows! Windows of course, are an absolute must. But until then, we can dream… and work with what we’ve got!
