Before moving to San Diego, I went to the University of Rhode Island for two years. My sister lived in Newport, RI at the time and I loved driving over the bridge to visit her. Newport has this east coast charm that you just can’t find in California. Whenever I go back, it seems as though nothing has changed.
I love Newport! I’m about four hours away, but I find I haven’t been there often enough! It is such a charming city.
